Customer experience is the new battle ground for businesses, superseding price and product as the key brand differentiator. In fact, 89% of businesses expected to compete mainly on customer experience by next year (Gartner).

While many companies are beginning to improve CX through digital transformation and targeted strategies, many businesses hesitate to commit significant resources without a clear understanding of the return on the investment.


For CFOs, who are increasingly asked to assist with strategic and insightful decision making, it is essential to understand the financial impact of your CX strategy. Failure to understand and measure your CX strategy’s impact means a failure to act on opportunities for strategic advantages and gains.


So how can you evaluate your CX investment, and ensure it is positively impacting growth?


In the run up to our March discussion evening and based on feedback from our longstanding club members, we realised the importance of discussing how you, as a CFO can evaluate CX investment. On the Thursday 19th April we will be uniting a roundtable of CFOs to explore three core questions:


  • How will you know when your company’s CX strategy is a success?
  • Is there a “perfect” CX metric to gain a holistic understanding of your CX performance?
  • And as CFO, how can you ensure you aren’t missing out on strategic CX opportunities?


We will be meeting at 18:30 at the May Fair Hotel for networking drinks, followed by a Chaired discussion and three-course, five-star dinner. It is a fantastic opportunity to share best practice and exchange insights with your peers in an intimate and confidential environment.
